We do not repair Zippo lighters in-store, but the good news is that Zippo offers a lifetime repair service on their windproof lighters — “It works or we fix it free.”™

Complete the Zippo repair form and prepare your lighter as advised:
- Remove the insert, allow all fuel to evaporate for around two days, then reassemble before packing.
- Pack your lighter securely and send it by an insured, trackable method to the UK address shown on the Zippo repair page.
- Zippo state that repairs typically take around 6–8 weeks once received at the repair centre.
- Always check the official Zippo UK site for up-to-date instructions, addresses and any changes to Royal Mail/courier rules before posting your lighter.
