Most customers who walk through our door aren’t sure exactly what they need — that’s normal, and it’s what we’re here for.

Bring it in.
We can usually identify the key type and feasibility in seconds, with no obligation.

Most keys can be cut straight away, others need checking first — we’ll always explain before doing anything.

👞  “My shoes are worn, but I’m not sure they’re repairable”

That’s one of the most common reasons people visit.

We’ll inspect the wear honestly and tell you:

  • what can be repaired
  • what isn’t worth doing
  • and what options you have at different price levels

No work starts until you’re happy with the plan.

🚗  “I don’t need a full car key — just a battery or refurb”

That’s exactly what we specialise in.

If your car key:

  • works intermittently
  • looks worn
  • or just needs freshening up

Bring it in and we’ll advise the most sensible option.

“Will dry cleaning remove this stain?”

We’ll inspect the stain honestly and tell you:

  • if the stain looks easy to remove
  • what isn’t worth doing
  • and what options you have

If it’s not possible, not economical, or not something we’d recommend — we’ll tell you straight.

  • or compatibility

Because of this, prices are confirmed in person before any work starts.
